About the Recipe
Really easy and delicious salad made from winter vegetables.
Ingredients
1/2 cabbage head chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 cup broccoli chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 celery stalks chopped
2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 tsp dried or 2 tsp fresh basil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs milk, half and half, oat milk, or almond milk
1/2 lime juiced
1.5 tsp tajin
Preparation
Chop all the vegetables and mix together with chicken and herbs. Toss desired amount of dressing in bowl with vegetable/chicken mix.
